We welcome you to meet Santa in the most magical of surroundings!
This activity is suitable for families with children of all ages. What better way to meet Santa and tell him all the reasons why you’re on his ‘nice’ list this year, than in his private cabin, tucked away in the snowy forest.
When he’s not busy preparing for Christmas, at his Christmas House office, his favorite place to be is in the peaceful surroundings of his cabin in the forest.
Not only will you have the chance to meet Santa, but you will also get to enjoy a workshop with his best helpers, where they will tell you everything you need to know about the life of an elf. The elves will join you for gingerbread decorating, so you have a sweet treat to enjoy during your time in the forest. Also the elves will show you how to make a unique christmas decoration to bring home with you as a memory of your time in Lapland.
Of course, Santa wouldn’t be able to deliver presents all over the world without the help of his loyal reindeer. They too enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest and will be happy to see you when you come to visit. You will have time to meet, feed and take some photos with them, as they take some rest before their big journey.
When your turn comes to visit Santa, he will be sure create special, quality time just for your family. You will have a private meeting with Santa in his forest cabin – you can ask him any questions you may have and you are welcome to take as many photos and videos with your own devices as you wish.

Would you like to meet Santa without joining the queue?
During December, it is possible to skip the line and book a private meeting with Santa Claus in his office, only for you and your family!
Please choose a time and date that is best for you. Simply arrive 5 minutes before your time slot, so as soon as it's your time, you are ready to enter.
Once you enter Santa's enchanting office, you will have approximately 10 minutes to sit and chat with him, telling him how your year has been and what your wishes are for Christmas. He will be happy to listen to your tales and tell you all about the work he has been doing to get ready for the big day!
Santa's friendly elf will take a photo for you, which can be collected from the Christmas House Shop after your visit. One A5 photo per family is included in this booking. You can also purchase additional photo options if you wish.

In Santa Claus Holiday Village, you can visit Santa Claus in his office. However, if you want to avoid queuing and enjoy a private meeting, why not invite him to your room? You can ask Santa Claus a variety of questions that occupy your mind, or simply listen to what Santa Claus wishes to tell you and your family. When Santa Claus visits your cabin you can take as many photographs as you wish. You can also request Santa Claus to distribute personal gifts when he comes to visit.

The igloos are located on the terrace of our Three Elves restaurant. Dinner in a glass igloo will crown your trip to Lapland!

Once darkness falls, we will take you to an excellent place to see the Northern Lights. If you’re lucky, you will be able to watch an impressive color dance in the northern sky. As the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, we cannot guarantee they will appear. Regardless, the nighttime tours are always memorable, and a guided tour is a safe way to explore the night sky of Lapland. Please note, this safari ends very late, so for young children, it can be difficult to stay awake so late.

Aurora Hunt Under the Arctic Sky! • Chase the Auroras by car • Aged 10+!

Each night, we carefully check where the best chances for seeing the auroras are and head out together away from the city lights. Depending on the conditions, we may need to drive further to find clear skies.
At the viewing location, our experienced guide will share fascinating stories about the myths and legends of the Northern Lights, as well as the scientific explanation of this natural wonder. You’ll also receive valuable tips on how to capture the auroras with your camera or smartphone. To help you, we provide tripods compatible with most cameras and mobile devices.
While waiting for the auroras, you can relax around an open fire and enjoy BBQ snacks. If you’re lucky and the lights appear, our guide will be there to help you take the perfect photos of your once-in-a-lifetime moment under the arctic sky.

The program is perfect for families, groups of friends and couples.

Feel the speed with huskies in silent, snowy forest. This husky safari is an ideal experience for families, groups, solo travelers and couples. You are warmly welcome to enjoy this traditional way of travelling in the Arctic. Two people share one sled, and during the safari, you can change the driver. Children sit in the sled during the safari. The trail length is between 4 – 5 km and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, depending on the weather conditions and speed of the group. In addition to the husky sleigh ride, you can spend time with the dogs and learn more about them. Huskies are friendly dogs that love their job!

As the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, their visibility is not guaranteed every night. Nighttime tours are always memorable, and a guided tour is a safe way to explore the magical Lappish night. During the ride, we will stop for some time to gather around warm fireplace, enjoy the taste of hot drinks and some sweet treats and hear about the fascinating lives of the reindeer. After the ride, you'll get your chance to take pictures with reindeer. This unforgettable husky safari takes you deep into the Arctic wilderness, where two people share one sled and have the chance to switch roles as driver and passenger during the ride. We will take you to our enchanting wood cabin in the forest, off the beaten track and far away from the light pollution of the city. Here, under the vast arctic sky, you’ll have the chance to search for the magical Northern Lights while enjoying delicious BBQ snacks grilled over an open fire.
During the evening, we will be joined by a very special guest — Santa Claus himself! He’ll bring festive cheer to the night, making this experience extra magical. His playful elves will also be there, offering face painting and fun activities for the little ones, creating joyful memories for all.
